An unusual gift from a best friend
A set of ten Pilates sessions might sound like a thoughtful gift, especially for someone who has dealt with back trouble. But Tyler's best friend has chosen a rather unexpected instructor: his own mother, the woman who previously helped Tyler with his back.
When exercise sessions become more personal
The first session begins with hands-on guidance, as the instructor helps Tyler through the movements. By the second session, the atmosphere takes another turn when she locks the studio door after closing. What should be a straightforward fitness routine starts to feel increasingly charged with unspoken tension.
A familiar presence just around the corner
There is another complication: Tyler is never more than ten minutes away. That detail adds an extra layer of suspense to the sessions, making every encounter feel like it could lead somewhere unexpected.
